Cranbrook Water Damage

What started as an emergency water mitigation project turned into a full-scale home transformation. The clients chose to take this opportunity to completely overhaul their entire home.  The result is a beautifully restored and thoughtfully redesigned living space that blends craftsmanship with durability.

What began as a small leak from a second-floor toilet quickly escalated into a major water damage event. The leak caused significant damage to the upstairs bathroom, saturating the ceiling below and compromising the flooring throughout the main level. Water continued to travel down, affecting large portions of the basement, including walls, flooring, and personal property. By the time our team arrived, the home had sustained multi-level water intrusion that required immediate attention to prevent further structural issues and mold growth.

This project began with an unexpected water leak from a second-floor toilet that caused extensive damage across three levels of the home. One of the biggest challenges was addressing the widespread moisture intrusion quickly to prevent mold and further structural issues. Our team had to carefully remove saturated materials, dry out the entire space, and coordinate mitigation efforts across multiple floors each with unique damage profiles. 

Once the immediate damage was under control, the project shifted into a full renovation; a complex transformation that involved reconfiguring the staircase layout, installing LVL beams and new support posts, and upgrading virtually every room in the house. Working around the structural changes while maintaining design continuity was no small task. Custom elements like the handcrafted maple staircase, new ensuite with in-floor heating, and a completely redesigned kitchen and basement added layers of detail and coordination. Despite the initial setback, the result was a beautifully upgraded home that far exceeded its original layout and functionality.

New Home Finishes 

Our team was responsible for completing all interior finishing work to bring this new build in Shadow Mountain to completion. This included the installation of doors, casings, baseboards, stair hand railings, and detailed trim work throughout. Working on a tight timeline, we coordinated closely with other trades to ensure every element was finished with precision and consistency. The result was a clean, polished interior that met the high standards of both the builder and the new homeowners—ready for move-in on schedule.

Commercial Renovation 

Fisher Peak Restoration completed a full renovation of an empty commercial space for Maritime Travel in the Tamarack Mall. The project included a complete interior buildout and was successfully finished in under two months, ready for business on schedule.

One of the key challenges in this project was transforming a completely empty commercial unit into a fully functional retail space within a tight timeline. Coordinating multiple trades, managing material lead times, and adhering to mall regulations required careful planning and constant communication. Despite these constraints, our team maintained a steady workflow and overcame scheduling hurdles to ensure the space was completed to spec and delivered on time — all within less than two months.
