Our Great Team
Co-founders Dustin Willoughby and Derek Broda bring over 30 years of combined experience in renovations and restoration.
Dustin has spent the past decade serving the East Kootenays as a trusted contractor, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. He holds Red Seal certification in carpentry, a second-year plumbing apprenticeship, and multiple safety certifications including WRT, AMRT, asbestos awareness, First Aid, and CPR. Outside of work, he’s active in the local hockey community and enjoys golfing.
Derek began his restoration career in Ottawa, ON, working on everything from residential jobs to large-scale disaster responses like Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. He later ran his own renovation company for 11 years before relocating to the East Kootenays. Derek also holds certifications in WRT, AMRT, FSRT, asbestos safety, First Aid, and CPR.
Together, they lead Fisher Peak Restoration with hands-on experience, strong values, and a deep commitment to quality service.
